Most importantly, they understand how to structure a scheme’s finance for optimum investment performance at every stage of the development, as well as thinking ahead to long term strategy.

We are artistic in our approach and highly responsive to market conditions, proactively pre-empting new product requirements and presenting innovative ideas to lender partners rather than passively waiting for products to come to market. Most recently, we pioneered a ‘developer’ package by which property investors are able to obtain a bridge for acquisition, funding for development and a development exit loan from a single lender – a seamless continuity product reducing time, repetitive KYC administration and fees for the borrower.
